Wherever there is passion there is conflict! Those involved in sustainability and environmentalism are passionate and because of that passion there will be a healthy, and at times an unhealthy amount of conflict expressed in their relationships. When passion is disabled by such conflict, all the potential of that creative relationship may be lost. Within the gap of that lost potential can be found the most brilliant solutions. The glue in that gap is 'connected relationships! This 60 minute interactive workshop for a maximum of 30 provides participants with the "experience" and strategies of connecting from their fixed and passionate "positions" to see beyond their "old reactions", and communicate their interests in order to develop stronger connections, strategic partnerships and greater outcomes. This workshop will be faciliated by a partnership team led by Professional Relationship & Business Management Consultant, Candia Bruce and supported by her partner - natural resource manager, Greg Bruce.
